Imagine Home Staging has always maintained a clean warehouse and a pristine inventory. The current pandemic has increased our diligence: sanitizing every surface is our highest priority. Our company will follow the following home staging best practices during Covid-19 in order to provide a safe environment for our clients and our crew.
We never place our inventory in occupied homes. Because we only stage vacant homes, this greatly lessens potential Covid-19 exposure.
Only our owners will select and pack all inventory. We are a small company that has always served our clients well. We’re self-sufficient and have always operated with 5 people or fewer, so this small shift allows us to practice even more diligence. Because this limits contact, we can ensure even further safety to our Real Estate agents and their clients. We will continue to practice social distancing for as long as the law requires.
We will sanitize all hard surfaces before and after each staging.
Our crew will de-stage properties three days after the last viewing or occupancy. If not possible, our inventory will sit in our warehouse for three days and then we will fully sanitize everything before the next staging.
We will require all movers and stagers to wear protective gloves and practice frequent hand washing.
To further protect our clients and crew, we will not provide hand towels in bathrooms or liquid soaps. This will prevent home viewers from infecting the towels.
We highly recommend that our Realtors provide paper towels and liquid soap so potential buyers can follow proper CDC guidelines.
As the laws and guidelines change, we are committed to following all recommended practices for the health and safety for our clients and crew.
