Red Doors help sell houses

When selling your home, your front door is one of the first features buyers will see while viewing your home. Most buyers will preview MLS listings  before they choose which homes they want to view in person. Your front door will either make your home stand out, or will fade into the background and possibly make your home look dull and dated.

I have often been asked what color sellers should paint their front doors, and in my experience it depends on the house style, the color and trim of the home, and the paticular demographic of the neighborhood.

However, I have found that red doors tend to help sell houses the fastest.
