~ Do they have children and if so how many?
~ Who do they strive to be, what are their trigger points in purchasing this home?
~What style is the listing and how do we stage the home to bring out its best features to the potential buyer?
From there we stage to create atmosphere which highlights the homes best features, helps diminish the less desirable features, while instantly connecting the buyer the minute the enter the home or view the home online.
