Staging a small condo

Example of a Staged Bedroom

Staged Bedroom

Staging a small condo for sell can be a challenge. You want potential buyers to immediately  feel that the space is functional and spacious enough for their needs. Potential buyers already know the space is small, but by arranging the room with the right size furniture, and always staging to fit the needs of the targeted buyer ,will go a long way in how fast your property sells.

For instance, this small condo was located in a building that catered to retired people, as well as to a young professional’s. It was a challenge staging it to fit both targeted markets. We staged the property with a glass dining table that could be used for entertaining as well as for morning coffee or just working on your laptop.

Example of Staged Living Room

Staged Living Room

The seating arrangement was staged with condo size furniture. We wanted to show that you could easily entertain guests, or just sit back and relax.

The bedroom was staged  with a sitting chair to enjoy the great city views, a full size bed helps the unit room look spacious and by putting three photos across the wall it give the illusion of a larger space.

Great people, great furniture, solid service. I've worked with Lenny and Lisa several times and haven't been disappointed yet. I truly believe my properties sell faster because of their staging work.
