The Mountain View Estate Staging

What was the name of this project and why?

We named this The Mountain View Estate staging since this beautiful luxurious estate has views of Mount Hood, Mount St. Helens, and Mount Adams.

The Mountain View Estate Staging

What neighborhood was this home in?

Tucked away on 12.75 picturesque acres, this private custom home offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything you love. Just minutes from Sherwood and Wilsonville, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of Oregon Wine Country, where rolling vineyards meet charming small towns. And when you’re craving the energy of the city, Portland is just a quick 20-minute drive away.

What is the demographic of the target buyer?

With 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, and an expansive 5,731 square feet, this Mountain View Estate staging is perfect for a family that loves to entertain and embrace a life full of possibilities. Imagine a car enthusiast who makes full use of the six garage bays, or an animal lover enjoying the four-stall barn and the sprawling pastures.

This home balances privacy and convenience, offering a serene retreat with an easy commute to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Guests will feel pampered in the two additional private suites, especially as they fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the backyard waterfall. This property offers so much room for its future owners to dream, create, and explore.

Who was the client?

Steve Nassar of Premiere Property Group recommended our staging services to his client, knowing how impactful great staging can be. Steve’s passion for helping his clients achieve the best possible sale shines through in every detail, and he always emphasizes the value of staging to create a standout listing and maximize profit.

What challenges did you overcome?

Our biggest challenge was turning the large great room into a space that felt both functional and welcoming. To highlight the stone fireplace, we created a cozy sitting area where buyers can picture themselves relaxing by the fire with a book or chatting with family while enjoying the view.

We used a linen sofa and matching chairs to define the living area, creating distinct spaces that still feel connected and easy to use. The result is a great room that’s open, inviting, and ready for the new owners to make it their own.

What features did you want to showcase?

We designed each space to highlight the beautiful mountain and garden views. By keeping the furnishings neutral and thoughtfully arranging the layout, we drew attention to the scenery.

In the primary suite, we added soft textures to create a cozy, welcoming space while letting the views remain the focal point.

For the dining room, we kept the tabletop accessories simple so the surrounding gardens and mountain views could remain center stage.

The warm accents and oak coffee table complemented the oak floors

In the living room, we chose warm-toned accents and an oak coffee table to complement the brand-new white oak floors. This added such a touch of comfort and style!

Our team was struck by the peaceful atmosphere and quality craftsmanship of this home. We’re confident the new owners will appreciate all the thoughtful details and the unique charm it offers.
