They love the mix of the charming original features of the home and the beautiful industrial style updates.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Who was the client?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>One or our Realtor partners, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breylan.com\/\">Breylan Deal Erickson,<\/a> referred us to his client for our home staging services. Breylan always recommends staging for his vacant listings along with strategic updates and repairs. These two priorities ensure that his listings position each home to the best advantage of the seller as they hit the market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>What challenges did you overcome?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>This home offered a large original leaded glass window alongside a separate, smaller detailed leaded glass window. We didn\u2019t want the furniture placement to inhibit the spectacular view of these windows. To showcase them, we floated the sofa in the living room facing them and then flanked the chairs on either side of the windows to frame them as a special feature. This furniture placement highlighted the beautiful original fireplace as well.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4081 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-5.jpeg\" alt=\"The leaded glass windows featured in home staging of the Moody English\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-5.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-5-600x400.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>What features did you showcase?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The living room included the home\u2019s beautiful original wood beams. In order to showcase these, we staged the room with a reclaimed wood coffee table and end tables. A sideboard with industrial metal and wood textures worked well with the metal and wood chandelier the sellers hung between the beams.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The combination of these neutral furnishings accented with brown and black brought out the fireplace tiles, the wood beams, and the leaded glass windows.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4080 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-4.jpeg\" alt=\"The Moody English home staging blended industrial with the original features of the home\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-4.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/www.imaginestagers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Moody-English-4-600x400.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Because the kitchen boasted a masculine, industrial feel, we staged with touches of black and white throughout the home.
