While your home is on the market you may only have a few moments to prepare for a viewing. Being prepared ahead of time with a quick check list for home sellers will save you the stress of keeping your house presentable. There are a few things we tend to forget which are important while buyers are viewing your home. A quick check list is helpful and can be followed on a daily basis or just before a scheduled viewing. Each family member can have a few items on the list they are responsible for.
This is the quick check list I share with all my clients during pre-listing consultations. It’s a generic but adaptable for most home sellers.
