This home located in Lake Oswego, sat on the market for over 6 months with very few showings and no offers. The home owner hired John Hatch as her Realtor. This is a great example of the power of staging and properly preparing your home for market! There are several reasons why a home will benefit from staging. Just to name a few, sometimes a listing needs the room configuration spelled out to the buyer, or perhaps the house is outdated and staging will help diminish those less desirable features. Some home owners don’t know how to present their homes, or understand the need to de clutter.

Staging is a powerful tool which connects buyers to the space, helps them to visualize how a home can function, and will add curb appeal on line. As one of my clients mentioned, she only wish her Realtor had suggested staging when she listed several months ago. Now her home has since been staged and SOLD!
